This Event is for GIFT VOUCHER purchases

Use this gift voucher to partially or fully pay for any class or event offered by PRO Motorcycle Training, LLC. After purchase, print out the gift voucher certificate, and gift it to someone special. The recipient will then use this voucher when registering for the class or event.

Voucher type 1: BRC1 or BRC2 Class Pre-pay Voucher

This selection is for GIFT VOUCHER purchases when pre-paying for a BRC1 or BRC2 course.

Note: The cost of this voucher is the same as the lowest cost class PROMCT offers. The voucher insulates the voucher user from any class price differences or future price increases.

Steps:

1. Click on "Register" to start
2. Fill out buyer info
3. Select appropriate BRC1 or BRC2 item to purchase; add any optional fees to your cart
4. Enter payment information
5. Once the purchase is complete, go to the PRO website (see below) Gift Certificate page and print out the appropriate certificate to give to the gift recipient: https://promotorcycletraining.com/gift-certs/

Important: When the gift recipient initiates their registration, the registrant must call/email PROMCT for a gift voucher utilization code to be able to use the prepaid gift voucher

Voucher type 2: $x Gift General Voucher

This selection is for GIFT VOUCHER purchases in any desired amount (at/above the minimum amount). The voucher can be used for any PROMCT class or event.

Steps:

1. 1. If multiple vouchers are needed, see Notes below for options
   2. Click on "Register" to start the purchase
   3. Fill out buyer info
   4. At "Price Details", the minimum amount is shown; if wanting a higher gift amount, update the add-on item with the additional amount to get to the level desired (eg; add $50 for a total of $100 gift amount)
   5. Add the Discount Code, if any (for seasonal discount codes, see "Discounted Gift Vouchers" below for details)
   6. Finish the transaction
   7. After transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you
   8. If not already printed, go back to the website to print out the desired formatted gift voucher (see link below), and fill in with relevant information

   9. Give gift voucher to recipient

If multiple gift vouchers are needed:

• • If multiple gift vouchers are needed, choose 1 of these 2 options:
    -> Easiest: Add up all gift amounts into a single total, and pay the total in one transaction; then, print out as many gift voucher forms needed to distribute funds in the amounts needed. The voucher users need to contact PROMCT to get codes to use at class registration & purchase time to apply the appropriate discount amount.
    -> Do as many "Register" transactions as needed

Miscellaneous Voucher Notes

• • Prior to the gift recipient initiating their class/event registration, the registrant must call/email PROMCT to get a gift voucher redemption code to use at checkout time. The gift voucher itself cannot be used until a redemption code is provided by PROMCT.
  • PRO's registration system only permits one gift voucher per registration. If a voucher user wishes to compound more than one gift voucher for a single registration, the registrant must contact PROMCT to get a discount code that combines multiple purchased gift vouchers.

Discounted Gift Vouchers:

• • In December-January prior to each training season, PRO offers an early-bird discount of $50 for gift amounts of $100 or more. Use code "EARLYBIRD50D" at purchase time to receive the discount. Be aware that if purchasing a discounted voucher using the "EARLYBIRD50D" code, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the transaction is a minimum of $100; if less than the minimum, the gift voucher will be rendered nonredeemable; any monies refunded will be offset by processing fees.
  • No more than 1 discounted gift voucher can be used per any single class registration.
